Born from resilence and purpose, Sanoba Hayes is the Founder, CEO, and President of Avenue Women's Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women who have servived domestic violence, sex trafficking, gun violence, and houselessness. Inspired by her family's story, through strength and transformation, Sanoba turned the trauma into a misson of healing and hope.

Our History
Avenue Women’s Services was founded to honor the legacy of resilience and to provide healing for women who have endured trauma, violence, and exploitation. Born from a deeply personal story of loss and survival, Avenue exists to ensure that no woman feels alone in her journey toward restoration and empowerment.
Our mission is to create safe spaces, offer compassionate care, and provide life-changing resources for women impacted by domestic violence, sex trafficking, gun violence, and houselessness. We believe that every woman, regardless of her past, deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to rebuild her life with strength and hope.
Through advocacy, education, and direct services, Avenue Women’s Services walks beside women as they reclaim their stories, find stability, and thrive. What began as a pursuit of closure and understanding has grown into a nonprofit committed to helping women transform pain into power, and tragedy into triumph.
